Every March, the Western Tang Soo Do Federation hosts seminars, workouts, and other activities in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Often we head up a day or two early to ski, tour caves, ride the alpine coaster, and enjoy the natural hot springs. Below are some pictures of our March event.

 Every July, the Western Tang Soo Do Federation hosts seminars, workouts, and other activities in the mountains of Southern Utah. We camp out, enjoy nature, and enjoy orienteering exercises, a ninja course, archery, blowguns, canoeing, zip-lining, rock climbing, rappelling, and more. Below are some pictures of our July event.
